Smrtne povrede je zadobio kada je pao u ugljenu pra\u0161inu.<\/p>\n<p>-Da li je poku\u0161ao da gurne ugalj ka elevatoru ili pao, pa ga je ugalj povukao i prekrio, za sada nije poznato. Kolege su kasno primetile da ga nema, prona\u0161li su ga ispod gomile ugljene pra\u0161ine.
