U drugoj zoni je cena kvadrata je za 2019. godinu 61.043 dinara i sko\u010dila je sa 59.700 u 2018. , u 2017. bila je 58.700, dok je 2016. bila svega 52.000. U selima, odnosno tre\u0107oj zoni cena kvadrata je za 2019. godinu 31.055 dinara i pove\u0107ana je sa ovogodi\u0161njih 30.000, dok je u 2017. bila 31.000, a 2016. 28.500. U 2015. godini cena kvadrata u prvoj zoni bila je 60 hiljada dinara. Odbornici nisu pove\u0107ali \u00a0poreske stope i smanjivali amortizaciju, odnosno koeficijenti su ostali na istom, maksimalno zakonom dozvoljenom, \u00a0nivou. Pored ovih nameta,\u00a0 Jagodinci pla\u0107aju i ekolo\u0161ku taksu u visini od 12 dinara po kvadratu godi\u0161nje.
