Nemogu\u0107e je do\u0107i na Zlatibor a ne probati ove proizvode. U mlekari se proizvodi samo sir i kajmak po tradicionalnoj recepturi, jedini konzervans je so&#8221;, izjavila je rukovodilac mlekare Razumenka Lu\u010di\u0107 za agenciju Beta.<\/p>\n<p>Mlekara je ponela i \u017eig &#8220;Dobro sa Zlatibora&#8221; koji je registrovan u Zavodu za intelektualnu svojinu, a nosilac je poljoprivredno dru\u0161tvo za razvoj poljoprivrede zlatiborski &#8220;Eko agrar&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u017dig imaju pravo, pored proizvo\u0111a\u010da hrane, da ponesu i tradicionalni predmeti, kategorisana seoska i turisti\u010dka doma\u0107instva i restorani. Cilj je da sirovina bude sa Zlatibora. Potro\u0161a\u010dima se \u017eigom garantuje poreklo i kvalitet tradicionalnih proizvoda zlatiborskog kraja&#8221;, rekla je Lu\u010di\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>U vezi sa nesta\u0161icom mleka u Srbiji, Lu\u010di\u0107 je rekla da to nije uticalo na mlekaru &#8220;Zlatka&#8221; jer ona sara\u0111uje sa manjim proizvo\u0111a\u010dima i naglasila da je &#8220;kvalitet proizvoda bitniji od koli\u010dine&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Malim proizvo\u0111a\u010dima mleka smo pru\u017eili podr\u0161ku pre pet godina.
