Cilj ovog plana je unapre\u0111enje kvaliteta \u017eivota kroz smanjenje negativnih efekata motornog saobra\u0107aja, pobolj\u0161anje infrastrukture za pe\u0161ake i bicikliste, kao i pove\u0107anje bezbednosti u saobra\u0107aju. Prikupljeni predlozi bi\u0107e uzeti u obzir prilikom izrade strate\u0161kog dokumenta koji \u0107e pomo\u0107i ovoj op\u0161tini da postigne odr\u017eiviji urbani razvoj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kao mala urbana sredina, Svilajnac se ne suo\u010dava sa ve\u0107im problemima u saobra\u0107aju, ali je i u tom gradi\u0107u svakodnevna pojava lo\u0161e i nepropisno parkiranje po trotoarima, pe\u0161a\u010dkim stazama i prelazima, pa se sti\u010de utisak da je broj parking mesta nedovoljan, te da je potrebno pro\u0161iriti kapacitete za parkiranje. Plan odr\u017eive urbane mobilnosti je strate\u0161ki plan koji se, u pore\u0111enju sa tradicionalnim pristupom planiranja saobra\u0107aja, fokusira na korisnike, odnosno gra\u0111ane&nbsp;i njihove potrebe za kretanjem, a ne isklju\u010divo na vozila. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paketi podr\u0161ke koje su osmislili SKGO i SALAR poma\u017eu lokalnim vlastima u Svilajncu&nbsp;da podignu nivo efikasnosti, unaprede kapacitete i uvedu inovativna i odr\u017eiva re\u0161enja u oblasti urbane mobilnosti.
