Naravno, mo\u017eete je praviti i praznu.<br \/>\nSastojci<br \/>\nTESTO:<br \/>\n600 gr bra\u0161na tip 500<br \/>\n20 gr suvog kvasca ili 40 g sve\u017eeg<br \/>\n1 jaje<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica soli<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n50 gr maslaca<br \/>\n2,5 dl toplog mleka<br \/>\n3 ka\u0161ike gustog jogurta<br \/>\nFil:<br \/>\n125 gr putera<br \/>\n200 gr bijelog izmrvljenog sira<br \/>\n1 jaje<br \/>\nZA PREMAZ:<br \/>\n1 \u017eumance<br \/>\nmalo susama<\/p>\n<p>Na\u010din pripreme<br \/>\n1. U toplo mleko dodati ka\u0161i\u010dicu \u0161e\u0107era i kvasac. Ostaviti da nado\u0111e.<br \/>\n2. Bra\u0161no pome\u0161ati sa solju, u sredini napraviti udubljenje i dodati narasli kvasac, otopljen maslac, jaje i jogurt. Mesiti dok se ne dobije elasti\u010dno i glatko testo.<br \/>\n3. Loptu testa vratiti u posudu, premazati sa malo ulja, pokriti krpom i ostaviti da naraste (dok ne postane duplo ve\u0107e).<br \/>\n4. Kada naraste razvijte testo.<br \/>\n5. \u010ca\u0161om ili kalupom vadite krugove \u017eeljene veli\u010dine.<br \/>\n6. Za fil, pome\u0161ajte omek\u0161ali puter sa sirom i jajetom.<br \/>\n7. Pripremite okrugli pleh, prema\u017eite ga uljem.<br \/>\n8. Uz rub pleha redajte krug tijesta, pa ka\u0161i\u010dicu fila na sredinu, pa preko opet krug testa.. i sve tako dok ne obrubite tepsiju. (gledajte da vam se fil ne prosipa)<br \/>\n9. Takvu poga\u010du u tepsiji ostavite jo\u0161 30ak minuta da naraste.<br \/>\n10.
