Dnevno primimo do pet prijava i prosle\u0111ujemo ih nadle\u017enim slu\u017ebama, ka\u017ee rukovodilac Kolcentra Jelena Kosti\u0107 \u00a0i dodaje da gra\u0111ani na ovaj na\u010din, prijavljuju sve probleme \u010dije je re\u0161enje u nadle\u017enosti op\u0161tinskih slu\u017ebi, Komunalnog javnog preduze\u0107a Para\u0107in i saobra\u0107ajne policije.<\/p>\n<p>-Gra\u0111ani \u0161alju fotografije o zauze\u0107u javnih povri\u0161ina, odnosno nepravilno parkiranje, te prijave prosle\u0111ujemo komunalnoj inspekciji ili policiji. Zatim o \u00a0sme\u0107u i javnoj rasveti, odnosno oborenim stubi\u0107ima ili saobra\u0107ajnim znacima. Uglavnom lokalna samouprva veoma brzo saznaje za komunalne probleme i to ubrzava vreme za njihovo re\u0161avanje. Nekada se problem re\u0161i u toku dana, a najvi\u0161e do nekoliko dana kada je re\u010d o javnoj rasveti, jer za je tu uslugu nadle\u017eno preduze\u0107e koje nije pod ingerencijom lokalne samouprave, isti\u010de ona<\/p>\n<p>Gra\u0111ani navode lokaciju problema,opisuju problem, \u0161alju fotografije.
