Zaposleni danas i sutra potpisuju ankese ugovora o radu, odnosno dokumente sa usagla\u0161enim koeficijentima i novom sistematizacijom koji je donela Radna grupa iz Gradske uprave, predvo\u0111ena na\u010delnikom dru\u0161tvenih delatnosti Marinkom Kikli\u0107em, a usvojili sindikati i rukovodstvo.<\/p>\n<p>-Nekima rukovodiocima su zarade ni\u017ee za 25.000 dinara, ali najve\u0107i deo zaposlenih ima\u0107e zarade ni\u017ee za 5.000 dinara. Re\u010d o uskla\u0111ivanju zarada na nivou sistema cele lokalne uprave, mada ima izuzetaka koji su zadr\u017eali najve\u0107i deo svojih primanja, ka\u017eu u tom preduze\u0107u.<\/p>\n<p>Ina\u010de, masa zarada je, kako saznajemo, sa 33 smanjenja na 26 miliona dinara.
